The EnvisionCam is a dual lens VEDR allowing capture of both the incident in front of the vehicle and the view inside the cab. You get to see the driver's behaviour as well as the incident.
EnvisionCam records 50 seconds of video during an accident, or when the manual trigger button is pressed by the driver (Giving 20 seconds prior to the event and 30 seconds after).
When the vehicle returns to base, the events are downloaded either via WiFi or USB2 to your computer and Event Database Management Software where the events are reviewed and assessed. Then the appropriate consultation to discuss the incident with the driver can take place.
